Ethel is as sweet as can be and just loves everyone. She has not yet met cats but she is very laid back so they most likely wouldnt be an issue. She is being fostered in front royal VA with other dogs and kids. She is housebroken and has not needed to use a crate. She is a bit over weight for the breed. Blood work was done last year to be sure there is no underlying condition. She just needs more exercise!
