Penelope is a beautiful girl. Just look at her coloring and the expression in her eyes. She is super sweet, but very shy. She is looking for a home with another dog or having someone home during the day. She is both kid and cat friendly.

A fenced in yard is required.

Penelope was skittish when she first arrived at FLR. Her foster has been working with her daily. She has opened up and is learning how to be a dog. It's wonderful to see her progress in the house and in the yard.
